Overview

CoreParse is designed to analyze documents locally on your Mac. The app processes PDFs and images on-device and does not upload your documents, page images, OCR text, table results, formula results, or exported files to CoreParse servers.

Document processing

When you open or analyze a file, CoreParse reads and processes that file locally. Analysis results are stored on your Mac so you can review and export them. You control the files you import and the exports you create.

Model downloads

CoreParse may download OCR, layout, table, and formula recognition model files to your Mac. These downloads require network access, but the documents you analyze are not sent with those model download requests.

Purchases

CoreParse uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. Purchase processing, payment information, refunds, and transaction history are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. CoreParse does not receive your full payment card details.

Support communications

If you contact support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your email address, app version, macOS version, screenshots, logs, or sample files. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve CoreParse.

Data sharing

CoreParse does not sell your personal information. We do not share your documents or OCR results with advertisers or data brokers.
